#AskTheExpert Hi. my son is 15 months old and from past 3-4 months he is having "Breath holding spells" for about 1to2 cycles per week. he cries out for some reasons and later could not able to breath for a min.and start to turn light bluish. may be after a min he slowly recovers with in 5-10 min. as a perants what should we do during this panic situation ? pls suggest.
