#asktheexpert hi, my son is 11 years old and does not start walk yet, hus birth weight is 2.6 and now he is 9 kg from last month pls advise if it's oky or advise diet for weight

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, most kids triple their birth weight by one year. So continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding along with appropriate solids foods. You can give three solids and one healthy snack

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and most of the babies start walking between the age if 12 months to fifteen months. and please massage your baby with almond oil twice a day. and also if baby do not start walking upto 15 months then evaluate with doctor.
