#AskTheExpert Hi, My son is 1 yr 3 months old and I got my last period on 1st Feb 2021. Due to this Covid, I am afraid to go to doctor and do tests. Would you please recommend me how I can take care of myself with online consultation?

A. is it that you are saying that you have conceived again for the second child if yes don't worry just maintain Healthy lifestyle with good nutrition along with adequate water intake and have daily walking start Folic acid supplement 5 mg daily once
