A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Gradually give all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Avoid outside foods. Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating by looking at family members. Speak to your doctor for further advice on vitamin deficiency. Good luck and take care.
