Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child
the above is a diet which required by the child and you can always increase according to the need

Gradually give all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Avoid outside foods. Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating by looking at family members. Speak to your doctor for further advice on vitamin deficiency. Good luck and take care.
