#asktheexpert hi my son always looking weakly and he is lean he didn't take food minimum quantity.. what i do

A. Hello good evening !! A toddler requires sufficient nutrients for achieving milestones , physical development. Include fruits and vegetables, Leafy vegetables,milk and diary products,egg,meat ,dry fruits, lentils in diet. Milk and diary products,egg,dal,dry fruits rich in protein source - muscle strength, weight gain. Vegetables rich in fibre and minerals. milk and diary products,dry fruits , fruits and vegetables contains good amount of calcium - bones strength, brain development. So plan a meal in which all nutrients protein, fibre and other minerals available to baby for complete nutrition.
