#AskTheExpert hi,my second baby is one month old and right now in kerala.we came to Kerala one week back and she got small pimples in her face...is it because of hot climate or should we take her to Dr?

yes ,it could be heat Rashes
I advise to apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
keep your child in cool and dry place.
choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
avoid using any other cosmetics
