Hi Since you are pregnant you please consult your gynaecologist for folic and calcium supplements because that would be better for you and all would like to remind you that till the time you are pregnant and you would deliver and till the time you’re breastfeeding the child would always be better for you to take any medicine after consulting your respective doctors
