#AskTheExpert Hi. My daughter is 5 years her wait is just 14. what can be done to gain weight. what is the best food we can make her eat.

A. Hello mom is she is eating well and also active for her age not to worry . Give her foods That are healthy and also high calorie such as eggs , milk , panner C ghee , channa , rajma Etc , dry fruits and nuts , sago , stuff paranthas, fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, banana, Chikku , mango etc
