#asktheexpert hi my daughter is 16months old , her major diet or intake is through milk other foods like Dal rice veggies etc in her diet is very minimal as she dosen't like eating them much, what should we do to increase her other food intake?

A. You should first limit her milk intake to 500ml per day and give it twice a, day and during restof the day give solid foods to the child and seasonal fruits and vegetables and introduce finger foods to develop habit of chewing
