ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. It can come at anytime and if is usually heavier and also painful than previous cycles. It will take around 6-10 cycles for the flow to get adjusted. If you are changing more than one pad per hour then consult your doctor
