A. hi you must offer healthy food options those are rich in protine, calcium,iron , vitamins, minerals etc so for Healthy growth of a child ,you must include green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts,dry fruits , pulses,legumes , poultry,dairy products etc in your child diet.
