My child is not communicating yet he says few words and alphabets and numbers but he dont speak he is 2 yrs 10months now,He is crying in preschool too I just keep.hum for 15min only but he cries a lot and when ever i take him out he dont sit at one place always want to walk or run or touch things and later he cries if we scold or dont allow him,any counseling suggestion?how do i handle this tyoe of situations?

A. Thanks for the response,but i think he can hear us well as we play pee a boo if he hears my voice he comes searching he .if i show him pictures he says mama dada,if he us in tv room if I call him.he respinds by crying if he is hungry or runs to my room,even at first i thought it may be hearing but he can hear well,he spends he time watching tv rhymes and songs,if I dont in the tv he cried

A. that's due to. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby . Reduce screen time no mobile or tv for speech development . Speech therapy is best help if ENT issue is not there.
