Q.

my son now 3 yrs 10 months still not able to speak mom and dad..but he is speak Alphabets and numbers. how to get my son to speak.

A. seems late speech so. It is not possible to comment upon this issue as this might require a detailed examination and evaluation and also some tests to arrive at a diagnosis and so can consult a nearby doctor for the same and so .
