In grains Bajra, poha is good.
Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses.
Give seasonal fruits especially citrus like mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption.
Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi.
Black till chikki made with jaggery, peanut chikki.
It is necessary to give deworming to child after consulting doctor to improve haemoglobin.
