Instead of giving three big meals you can divide it into five meals with a gap of four hours and give in smaller quantity. Also with this you can give liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes, soups. Avoid snacks and outside food. Give home-made fresh fruits. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits, dry fruits. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite.
