Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA..DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth. ghee is a rich source of fatty acids and vitamins like A, E, and D.

Yes I always try to give good amount of ghee to the child on regular basis because it is considered a healthy fat so whatever you are giving like pure and all of soup you can I give in to that also avoid giving any kind of oil up till the age of two years that’s a personal suggestio
