Can I give ghee to my 6 month old. Someone told me not to give ghee.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Initially don’t start with ghee as it is heavy to digest so introduce it little later and you can toast sooji or ragi while cooking porridge for the baby take care
