#asktheexpert hi my baby is 5+ months old right now and my question is that can I feed him water for dehydration because his lips become so dry due to this hot weather. If I can then pls let me know the amount of water to feed him per day. if there is any other options for dehydration instead of water also pls mention.

A. hi. till 6 month of age water is not required. you can breast feed or formula feed mpre often to keep your baby well hydrate. apply coconut oil on lips.
