#AskTheExpert Hi..my baby is 44 days old and his bilirubin value is 9.20.is it too high and what should be done to lower this value. My baby's birubin was 8 after 48 hrs of his birth.

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Wash hands often
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
