Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. this needs examination for confirmation whether viral are secondary bacterial at present give paracetamol relief of pain. if there is no improvement it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination and if there is need to do any investigations both for diagnosis and management
