#AskTheExpert hi, my baby is 20 months old...his hb is quite low as 8.5...i breastfed him, but he doesn't eat anything..he prefer breastfed only..What should I do so that he eat properly,?

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Maintain hygiene
