#AskTheExpert Hi my baby is 2.5 months old now,he ll be 3 months on 25th April, i have a doubt regarding my baby's vaccination,the doctor had suggested pentavalent vaccine on 6 weeks, but the nurse has not ticked on the vaccination record of my baby ,now when i ask her she said the vaccination record they maintain in the hospital it's written that pentavalent is put for my baby ,is there any other way to confirm whether she gave my baby the vaccine or no...whereas doctor has not suggested BCG vaccine but she put tick on it..

A. it is given More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with the nearest doctor. Take care.
