See the white patches on the tongue could probably be the mail that your child is having you may not be clearing it properly which is why it would be there apart from that if you see any other white patches on the lips also then a lot of times it could be due to deficiency of calcium as well so if you require you can just want to get a check with yourWrite Your Answer Here
