#AskTheExpert Hi, my baby girl is 6 months old and she is feeding with nestum two times a day. we are adding 1 and half spoon of nestum for baby. How much amount 6 months baby can be able to eat?

A. U can Actually go ahead with giving proper food to the child when you can go ahead with rice water moong dal porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of fruits and vegetables can also be introduced to the child in the form of pure and soups can also be given to the child
