#asktheexpert Hi - my baby doesn’t sleep well through the night yet. She wakes up 3-4 times, sometimes it feels like reflux. Then takes feed and sleeps. Anything I can do to avoid wake ups and reflux and get her to sleep better.

Hello ma’am For one year or 1 1/2 years age it is very common for kids to wake up like this to take a feed and all so slowly gradually once your child starts having proper food and things will change but for that you’ll have to have patience because for initial 1 to 1 1/2 years these things are consider
