#AskTheExpert hi my baby boy is 2 yrs old , while feeding breast milk I saw his tooth has black spot like decay ...I'm worried about this....we used to brush regular with Mee Mee fluroide free toothpaste...how to get rid off or how to prevent his teeth...pls help me

A. hello mam for cavities you need to visit a dentist as nothing can be done at home if cavity is formed. the cavity can be due to giving sweet milk at night.

A. There can be 2 things, it can be either cavity or it could be some iron deficiency probably, if you are saying you brush his teeth everyday then I think you should get it checked by the doctor so if that's iron deficiency then the right medicine could be given.

A. Baking Soda & Water – Make a paste of baking soda and water (just a pinch and a few drops respectively) and brush the teeth using a toddler toothbrush. Do NOT use an adult toothbrush even if it's soft because the bristles are still too harsh on your toddler's teeth and gums.
