#asktheexpert hi mam, Prerna is 3.4 yrs old and still she doesn't want to eat anything. her weight is 13 kg. Please suggest what to do and what diet I can make her follow

try to give one pot liquidy to soft meals
mix veg dal khichdi with ghee
soup rice
curd rice
add nuts powder in milk

Loss of appetite can be seen with kids specially when they are low on their haemoglobin so you can get it examine with the doctor because till the time your child is not going to eat well the growth is going to get affected so for that this is one option and check with the doctor once
