#AskTheExpert hi mam my right side upper back pains from 3days I m 26week pregnant..also as in current situation not going out of house so not getting vitamin d will it cause any deficiency

A. if you are 26 weeks pregnant so if you are having back pain this is commonly seen just make your posture correct and if too much of back pain is there you can take tablet paracetamol occasionally
