ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. If in case you are willing to continue with your pregnancy e you can breastfeed your first baby during your pregnancy till 5 months but do take care that in case if you had cesarean during first pregnancy e you should check for the scar thickness before you continue the second pregnancy
