A. Hello! It is important to give your child small and frequent meals which are energy dense. Include seasonal fruits, sprouts, dals, nuts, milk and milk products in his meals. Give peanut Chikki, dry fruit ladoo, nuts milkshake, fruit lassi, paneer pulao to your child.
