A. yes it's absolutely fine in fact it's a good indication that the baby is healthy so don't worry

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to birth baby properly after the feed having a little bit of spitting up is very common with small children nothing to be worried about as long as the milk which is coming out is curdled

A. Spitting and vomiting is common in babies.. feed the baby in an upright position and burp the baby during and after feeds drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby. chew some fennel seeds while feeding the baby. give some tummy time to the baby not when the baby is hungry or full if the vomiting is in excess consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better
