A. Yes the milk will be fine. In general You can continue breastfeeding during pregnancy unless there are some complications in ur pregnancy or ur health is not good. Your body will continue to make breastmilk so it's best to consult your gynecologist once and get her advice. Once ur second child is born u can even tandem feed both of them.
