#asktheexpert . hi mam, I'm getting very few drops of breast milk everytime I feed. then after few mins, i give him formula feed. i really concerned about my baby health if formula is not providing sufficient than breast milk..I want to increase my breast milk. pls suggest me mam.

Shatavari powder is going to be good enough for you to take three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be quite beneficial it is going to be quite good for you to increase your lactation formula milk is completely safe and healthy to be given to the child I don’t have reservations but of course you should try giving more breastfeeding if you can make it
