#asktheexpert hi mam.. I'm 36 weeks 4 days pregnant.. my baby is in cephalic position but head is not down or engaged.. what to do Or eat for my baby to engage in pelvis? Please give me some tips. Thank you mam.

A. You can do regular walking and that is the only thing that can help and if the babies size is large or if the opening of the pelvis is small then also the head will not engage on time.
