#asktheexpert hi Mam by son Avyaan is 2 year 7 months old . He speaks single word and sing rhyme unclearly. He can count and recognise shapes and colours (few) but he does not speak well like other peers of his age . I am worried about is he having speed dealy . Please suggest what should i do
