You can have normal food now.. it’s over 6 months
Just make sure you are taking healthy diet
Do not take excess of sugar , salt, oil and ghee rich foods and also restrict on junk and maida food products
Have loads of fruits and vegetables
Also water intake should be upto 3 l
If still breastfeeding then have daliya with milk and jaggery , oats, til, jeera, saunf, ajwain, green green vegetables as they help in improving milk production and quality
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. when baby complete 6 months of age then you can start with daal water (no mashed daal inside), then rice water, coconut water, fruit juices, gradually move to semi solids like give mashed banana, mashed vegetables, liquid khichdi,suji kheer etc
