#AskTheExpert Hi madam. our daughter is 15 months old. me and my wife is planing to have second baby. what is the right gap or minimum gap that we should have before second baby. first baby was full term c section delivery with birth weight 2.96. she was well baby with 5/5 rating our first baby was full term c section delivery with 2.96 birth weight

A. Dear parent, at least a gap of 2 years is recommended between the first and the second child. This allows for the mother’s body to recover and the nutritional stores to replenish which is required for healthy pregnancy.
