A. hello if bm is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk and also you can take lactare tablet and galactic granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
