#asktheexpert hi maam..i had used ipill and im breast feeding...is there variation in breast milk..how long the supply of breast milk decrease..and how can i increase??plz reply

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, while breastfeeding you should not take IPill. It is not good as it will affect baby. Please consult your gynaecologist as early as possible and check with her. please do not take any medicines without consulting your gynaecologist while breastfeeding.
To increase breast milk, take fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk water, fresh fruit juice made at home and keep yourself hydrated. Take adequate rest. And latching your baby is also one of the good method to increase breast milk.
