#asktheexpert hi maa'm my daughter 4y 3m doesn't eat any fruits till now...how to make her eat...if we try making her eat she cries a lot n feels like vomiting..

Have you tried giving fruit milkshakes or smoothies because these are very good options to incorporate fruits into the diet of your child and don’t give it only to the child make some for yourself also and have it with your child when you’ll enjoy something to eat or drink the child would also want to have it
