#AskTheExpert hi ma'am... my wife who is 30 yrs of age had LSCS in March this year... after two to three months... she is complaining of breathlessness and pain in chest just above heart... all test done ECG, LFT, KFT, Lipid profile and CBC... all ok... but she is having thyroid for which she is taking thyroid medicine 75mg..in pregnancy she was taking 125 dose... while feeding the baby she often complains of pain in neck, shoulder and in chest above heart portion... plz help... what to do? rt now she is also taking Evion 400

A. Kindly consult a physician for a detail examination and the chest pain could be coming because of severe acidity and sometimes if there is cervical spondylosis then even that my cause pain in the back and shoulder also.evion can be stopped. Also it is better that she avoids any bad postures especially during breast-feeding and she can feed it in a lying poster or she can use a breast-feeding pillowWrite Your Answer Here
