#AskTheExpert hi ma'am, is it safe to have hajmola during pregnancy - it's my last trimester. actually the taste of mouth remains bad all day and hajmola makes it ok a bit better and also I feel like having it. also other things like saunf, chewing gum, ajwain etc. mainly ajwain and hajmola. pls guide ma'am. thanks

A. yes cam have. One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals. Plus iron, calcium folic acid is important supplement in pregnancy. gf
