#asktheexpert Hi ma'am I am 33 yrs of age, and my weight is 63kgs but even I was lack of energy , even I cont take baby for some distance so pls suggest some measures

A. Namaste Mom, Please get your iron levels check , along with thyroid, calcium and vitamin D as this is quite possible in deficency as such , have ample amount of fluids as such , especially water, coconut water would also be helpful , apart from that you could probably soak dry fruits and have on regular basis, milk , make some panjiri or ladoo form as such, have seasonal fruits , vegetables,dals, eggs
