hello m 28 weeks 2 days pregnant today i am feeling very low like lack of energy in my body..is it normal or not?

A. Hi dear good afternoon nothing to worry about it much. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
