#AskTheExpert hi. last month i was not able bf my boy as we went to our in laws house and due to heavy household work. now we are back to our place and im giving bm to him. im afraid abt my milk supply. is it possible to get good supply aftr completely stopping for a month.

A. Ma’am It is very difficult to re-lactate once you have quit breastfeeding the child so if you get your breastfeeding again to feed the child that it is completely your Lakk otherwise if you do not get breast feeding now sufficiently then you can quit also you have to just woke up only
