#asktheexpert hi , it has been 7months since my delivery through c section and I am suffering from postpartum hair loss since 3 months , it really makes me sad. please help.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is very natural having loss of hair Loss of hair is because of hormonal changes during pregnancy after delivery take good quantity of of calcium iron and vitamin supplements for sometime

it will alright by the time
just have Healthy and nutritious diet.
keep your body well hydrated
Apply coconut oil or almond oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
