#AskTheExpert hi i saw something brownish in my underwear yesterday night but when i went to washroom the color was normal after peeing should i worry ? and since 2 days i am having a bad pain or u can say that is gas between chest and stomach what should i do ??? stools r normal

A. hi.its fine for discharge, but kerp a watch. do avoid taking gases producing food, spicy, food, oily food .. drink luke warm water fir better digesion. o. k.
