#asktheexpert hi I'm mother of 5months old baby.... how can i get my self strong.... i have weakness and bone pains ... can u help me with which food i can do better for us.

A. continue to take the calcium and Vitamin D supplements as prescribed by doctor have a balanced nutritious diet consisting of variety of food groups especiallyally calcium foods , low fat milk and its products ( about 500 ml per day), almonds, amaranth or rajgira vegetable and atta, ragi, drumstick leaves, broccoli, okra, fish with Edible Bones, adequate exposure to sunlight can have unflavoured soya, soya products milk too physiotherapist may help with exercise to strengthen
