#asktheexpert Hi, I'm having upper back pain coz of sitting and feeding constantly. Please help on reducing the pain

A. Ou You can easily quit breastfeeding now your child is one year and six months of age you do not have to continue and if you want to continue then take proper support of pillows and if the pain is much apply some gel and use a heat pad
