SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. It ca be due to heat I feel. Drink plenty of water and keep skin free. tty . Apply aloe Vera gel over the acne. Avoid oily spicy foods. Use pimple clear face wash or any tea tree face wash that is effective. Avoid sugars. Stay hydrated.
